Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At My GuruJi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

> The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

> The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

> You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Please note that items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is:

> Damaged

> Defective

> Incorrect

Please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging, and we will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the easiest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

> The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

> Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
